We have awarded 63 New Investigator Awards to persons from 14 countries. Those New Investigators are eligible for one of 9 laptop computers that will be awarded for excellence in platform and poster presentations. The computers will be awarded Thursday afternoon in the awards session preceding close of the Congress. The investigators (or a surrogate) must be present to receive the computer so New Investigators planning to leave before the close of Congress should designate someone who can pick up their prize for them and share the name of that individual with Dr. Margaret Craig-Schmidt.
